Software Development and Application Development

New software products, and web based services can be developed under contract. Your  company can then support the product, or, Greg Stanley and Associates can support the product. Project Management

Greg Stanley and Associates can provide project management services. We encourage a phased, iterative approach, with reviews and prototypes used as milestones.  Each phase is started only upon successful completion of earlier phases.  Typical phases in a larger project includes scoping of requirements, prototyping with reviews, design, implementation, testing, and reviews at each step.
